Terms of sale
These terms govern the contractual relationship between VY'ntage & Sportcars and its clients for vehicle sales and brokerage services.
1. General provisions
These terms define the rights and obligations of the seller (vehicle owner) and VY'ntage & Sportcars, covering matchmaking services and vehicle sales.
2. Service terms
VY'ntage & Sportcars promotes the vehicle, while the owner must provide accurate information and allow vehicle inspections.
3. Exclusivity & custody
Mandates may be exclusive or not. In exclusive cases, any sale outside the intermediary triggers the agreed commission.
4. Sale price
The price is freely set by the owner and validated by VY'ntage & Sportcars.
5. Completion
Sales conclude upon signature of a purchase agreement. The owner guarantees compliance and absence of liens.
6. Duration & termination
Mandates run for three renewable months. Early termination must be notified in writing and does not waive incurred fees.
7. Processing fees
Flat processing fees of €50 inc. VAT are due upon signature.
8. Owner liability
The owner guarantees the vehicle is free from liens and hidden defects.
9. Intermediary liability
VY'ntage & Sportcars acts solely as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for the vehicle’s condition.
10. Vehicle selection
VY'ntage & Sportcars may refuse vehicles that do not match its commercial positioning.
11. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with regulations and solely for managing the mandate.
12. Mediation & disputes
In case of dispute, the owner may use a consumer mediator or take the matter to the competent courts. French law applies.
13. Governing law
Any dispute regarding these terms is governed by French law.
